When was the last time you stood on one leg and held it for a few seconds? How about holding it for a minute. Now try standing on one leg using your other leg. Not so easy is it. If you find yourself having trouble standing on one leg and holding it for a short period of time maybe you should think about working in some balance training exercises to strengthen your lower body.
