5 Reasons I Might Get Evicted
Autor admin
Eviction is one reason people move from one place to another. People get evicted for many reasons here are 5 of them.
The obvious reason a person would get evicted is not paying the rent. Landlords often rely on the rent to pay their own bills, so when the rent remains unpaid their only option is to evict the current renter and replace them with one who pays.
Reason number 2 could be uncleanliness of rental. When tenants are not clean renters, the landlord often finds this offensive. Warnings could be issued, but eviction is usually inevitable.
Reason number 3 is destruction of property. Destroying the rental becomes very expensive for the landlord to fix, and getting reimbursement for the damages from the renter is almost impossible. The landlord often will evict the tenant and take them to court to recover damages.
The next reason someone would get evicted could be breach of contract. Most leases specifically state how many tenants will occupy the premises, so if a tenant moves a lot of people in that are not contracted to live there eviction will surely follow.
The last reason for eviction would be abandonment of property. If the tenant goes on a permanent vacation so to speak and never returns an eviction would be issued to release the property for future rental.
These are all common reasons for eviction, but there are several more that were not mentioned. If you are forced into a change of address due to eviction, you can imagine the added amounts of stress.
