Unique Kitchen Aprons

I have to admit, I’m a bit of a messy cook. It seems that no matter what I am cooking or baking, some of it somehow ends up on my clothing or in the tips of my hair.  The worst of course is when I’m making any kind of soup or sauce. I guess I get a little too fast or sloppy when I’m stirring or adding additional ingredients, so without fail I end up splattering some on the stove top and my shirt. So I try not to rush the job as much and have found that I am a little neater now. Plus I’ve treated myself to a few unique kitchen aprons, so my clothes actually stay clean when I’m cooking. A Tummy-Warming Roast Beef Dinner For A Lazy Day

I’ve got enough time to peel some potatoes, chop up some garlic, and open a few cans. Now I’ve got dinner ready in the crock pot before I head out to take the dogs on a walk or take the kids out for a fun day at the park. It’s one of those Sundays when I’ve got nothing urgent waiting for me. This is the perfect time for a Lazy Day Roast Beef dinner. We’re going to really enjoy the aroma when we come in from our walk. I’m using one of the most economical cuts of beef you can find, a rump roast. This is the perfect meat to cook for a long, long time. The meat will be tender and fall right apart. (more…)

Space-Saving Oval Stainless Hanging Pot Rack

I bought a stunning oval stainless hanging pot rack that has completely saved my tiny kitchen. The apartment I live in has very limited storage space in the kitchen, just a few small cabinets to store all of my cookware in. As a newlywed, I received a lot of kitchenware as gifts. Here we were with no place to put all of it! I love my new pots and pans, so I figured I might as well show them off. This great pot rack allows me to do so, and saves so much kitchen space. Plus, my favorite pots are just an arm’s reach away when I am working on a cooking project. (more…)
