Making Breakfast in a Covered Stainless Steel Griddle

I’ve read countless articles that say you shouldn’t start your day without a good breakfast. Well I’ve never been one to skip breakfast, so it was nice to read that I was on the right track. During the week I usually will grab something simple and satisfying like oatmeal or a multi-grain muffin. When it comes to the weekends, I like my breakfasts big! I love cheese omelets with fresh home fries, homemade waffles, and pancakes with bacon or sausage. The only thing I don’t particularly like about frying up bacon and sausage is the fat spattering on my stove top. That’s why I was thrilled to find this great Covered Stainless Steel Griddle.

This 12 inch round griddle has a durable, patented Eclipse nonstick finish and a high dome window lid with an attractive brushed stainless exterior. The pan is constructed of high-quality 18/10 stainless steel and has an encapsulated aluminum core bottom that creates even heat distribution for great cooking results. It’s even oven proof to 350 degrees if I want to keep my dish warm for later in the morning. I use this covered griddle nearly every weekend and it’s now one of my favorite kitchen skillets!
