I’ve read countless articles that say you shouldn’t start your day without a good breakfast. Well I’ve never been one to skip breakfast, so it was nice to read that I was on the right track. During the week I usually will grab something simple and satisfying like oatmeal or a multi-grain muffin. When it comes to the weekends, I like my breakfasts big! I love cheese omelets with fresh home fries, homemade waffles, and pancakes with bacon or sausage. The only thing I don’t particularly like about frying up bacon and sausage is the fat spattering on my stove top. That’s why I was thrilled to find this great Covered Stainless Steel Griddle. (more…)
