I’ve read countless articles that say you shouldn’t start your day without a good breakfast. Well I’ve never been one to skip breakfast, so it was nice to read that I was on the right track. During the week I usually will grab something simple and satisfying like oatmeal or a multi-grain muffin. When it comes to the weekends, I like my breakfasts big! I love cheese omelets with fresh home fries, homemade waffles, and pancakes with bacon or sausage. The only thing I don’t particularly like about frying up bacon and sausage is the fat spattering on my stove top. That’s why I was thrilled to find this great Covered Stainless Steel Griddle. I bought a stunning oval stainless hanging pot rack that has completely saved my tiny kitchen. The apartment I live in has very limited storage space in the kitchen, just a few small cabinets to store all of my cookware in. As a newlywed, I received a lot of kitchenware as gifts. Here we were with no place to put all of it! I love my new pots and pans, so I figured I might as well show them off. This great pot rack allows me to do so, and saves so much kitchen space. Plus, my favorite pots are just an arm’s reach away when I am working on a cooking project. (more…)
