Well I’ve never been one to skip breakfast, so it was nice to read that I was on the right track. During the week I usually will grab something simple and satisfying like oatmeal or a multi-grain muffin. When it comes to the weekends, I like my breakfasts big! I love cheese omelets with fresh home fries, homemade waffles, and pancakes with bacon or sausage. The only thing I don’t particularly like about frying up bacon and sausage is the fat spattering on my stove top. That’s why I was thrilled to find this great Covered Stainless Steel Griddle.

This 12 inch round griddle has a durable, patented Eclipse nonstick finish and a high dome window lid with an attractive brushed stainless exterior. The pan is constructed of high-quality 18/10 stainless steel and has an encapsulated aluminum core bottom that creates even heat distribution for great cooking results. It’s even oven proof to 350 degrees if I want to keep my dish warm for later in the morning. I use this covered griddle nearly every weekend and it’s now one of my favorite kitchen skillets!

The apartment I live in has very limited storage space in the kitchen, just a few small cabinets to store all of my cookware in. As a newlywed, I received a lot of kitchenware as gifts. Here we were with no place to put all of it! I love my new pots and pans, so I figured I might as well show them off. This great pot rack allows me to do so, and saves so much kitchen space. Plus, my favorite pots are just an arm’s reach away when I am working on a cooking project.

The pot rack is very sturdy and it easily holds all of my pots and pans, plus I am able to put a few items on the top shelf on it as well. I really don’t know how I could enjoy cooking in my kitchen without it! I really enjoy how modern it looks because it really fits in with my style. I guess I simply love the look of stainless steel – it feels and looks quite elegant, like a professional restaurant kitchen. I’m so glad I found this great pot rack, it’s added so much to my kitchen accessories and decor!
